February 7 - Rockin' and Rollin' Part Deux

Last night was very bumpy and rocky and we struggled to keep our balance as we lurched around.  The entertainer, Jim Hodson who is brilliant, did his show without missing a beat despite the pitching the ship was doing.  He plays multiple instruments including guitar, saxophone, trumpet, trombone and a few more.  I had dinner at his table the other night and he's also a very nice guy from Melbourne.

We went to the club after the show but didn't attempt to dance.  Maybe tonight.  It was just nice listening to the music and chilling out for a little while.

We arrived at Bateman's Bay several hours late because of the sea conditions and most tours were canceled , including mine to a vineyard.  It was actually a blessing in disguise because I wasn't up for an early morning again.  We played trivia with new additions to our team and we didn't come close to winning.  We're just warming up.

A boring report, I know, but not every day can be too exciting or else I'd be truly exhausted.  Tomorrow we're supposed to brave the Tasman Sea again to cross over to Tasmania.  I hope the weather gods cooperate because I'm looking forward to seeing it and perhaps getting a glimpse of a Tasmanian Devil.

See you later alligator or more appropriately in this part of the world, after a while crocodile.
